Pat McNamar Owner- A Dealer FOR The People 608-244-2004 Pat@madcitysalesandservice.com Co-Founder of Mad City Sales 1999. I have been pouring my heart and soul into helping folks find and own nicer, newer vehicles for quite some time now. I am the proud father of my boy, Jesse, born in 1997 and girl, Julia born in 2000. The reason for this whole project is due to my pesky wife, Reyna, whom I married in 1995 who said "Shut up about opening your own store and do it or I don't want to hear about it any more!" Ha! Thanks Hon!! As a family we enjoy ATVing, Snowmobiling, hiking, biking, camping and fishing. With my children I do a lot of outdoor sports activities as well. My kids are involved in baseball, basketball, soccer and football so I try to keep up!-------------------------

Steve Ganser Owner- A Dealer FOR The People 608-244-2004 steve@madcitysalesandservice.com Background:Grew up on a hog farm in rural Wi, and learned about hard work first hand. Attended UW Madison for Math and Economics and started in sales at a local powersports dealer selling everything from boats to generators. Eventually got the bug to head out on my own. We started our business in a one car garage with 12 cars out front. We quit our jobs at other dealerships and set sail full speed ahead. Since then we have been at 4 different locations, growing each time to become what we are today. I have two children that are infinitely smarter and better looking than me, and a wife who somehow manages us all. ------------------
Customer Service Means: Always putting the needs of the customer first and doing everything I can to make the customer happy. We provide a service that really changes the quality of the lives of our customers every day we are open! I truly believe everyone deserves a nicer, newer car! -------------------------

Kristin Ewert Finance / Funding Manager 608-244-2004 kristin@madcitysalesandsercive.com I moved to Madison in the fall of 1999 to pursue my associates degree in Court and Conference reporting at Madison Area Technical College. In the spring of 2004 I found myself looking for a new and different challenge and landed a job in the car business! I started my career in sales, and was promoted within a year to Finance Manager. I ended up falling in love with the car biz! I worked for one of Wisconsin's largest family owned and operated dealerships, but when they moved their Madison business out of town, I had the pleasure of joining the Mad City Team. Again, a family owned and operated business, with "hands on" owners. What does customer service mean to me? Simply put, treat others the way you'd want to be treated. Jessica Vail Managers Assistant (Sales AND FI) - Business Development Center Manager 608-244-2004 jessica@madcitysalesandservice.com I grew up in the Madison area, then my parents decided to move their mint-farming business to the middle-of-nowhere in Minnesota. I attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth for music originally and ended up with my Bachelors in Sociology. After getting my fix of Lake Superior's bad attitude and frigid temperatures I made my way back to the Madison area. Much to my delight, Pat decided to hire me onto the Mad City team despite my grab-bag experience ranging from corrections to mental health. Then again, who can resist an employee that frequently quotes Napoleon Dynamite and Ricky Bobby?----------------------------------------------
What does customer service mean to me?
Customers are people too and often I think folks lose sight of that...especially in this business. Be respectful, honest, throw the occasional humor in there and everyone wins.---------------------------------------------

Ian Eichelman Trusted Advisor 608-244-2004 Ian@madcitysalesandservice.com Background-
Over the last few years since my graduation I've been all over the country doing schooling and education. During that time my travels have taken me from Los Angeles too Orlando Florida for my Internship with Disney and all the way back here to Wisconsin. I've been working in the Food Service Industry for some time now and because of that I've developed strong customer service skills and an aptitude to go above and beyond. After college and my time in the Food Service Industry it just seemed like the right logical step in my career to move into car sales, and now here I am. I actually look forward to coming to work each day and couldn't be happier with where I'm at now.--------------
What does customer service mean to you?
To be completely honest with everyone customer service is the #1 most important aspect of any business. Through my travels and my internships I've found that great customer service is the building block for any successful business. My internship with Disney in Orlando and my job experience in the Food Service Industry helped to bring out the importance of customer service too me. The emphasis on the customers happiness vastly out ways anything else.--------------

Leticia Acosta Trusted Advisor 6089-244-2004 leticia@madcitysalesandservice.com Born in Wisconsin, but raised in Mexico (loved that my parents did that for me and my brothers and sisters) I come from a very hard working family, my mom and dad only went to school up to 3rd grade. I think that’s the reason they had made sure my brothers, sisters and I had a great education. I moved back to Wisconsin when I was 10 years old, came back to go to school and learn English had to live with my aunt and uncle. My very first job was when I was 16, I worked at a pickle factory with my mom, I worked during the summer, and then I knew that a factory job was not for me. Then the following year is when my job with customer service started, it started at an amusement park in Marshall. Then after that I started working at a grocery store as I was going to High School. After I finished High School, I went to School to MATC for accounting. Then in 2001 I had the opportunity to go in to the car sales business, I had lots to learn, since I had no idea what I was going into. Then in 2004 Pat and Steve gave me the opportunity to go into Real Estate & Mortgages, again I went blind into the business, but learned lots form it, and I'm very thankful that Pat and Steve gave me the opportunity to become a Real Estate Agent and a Mortgage Loan Originator. Up until 2010 I was in the mortgage and real estate business. Now thanks to Pat and Steve again, I am back to selling cars, I love what I do and the place I work for.-----------------------------------------
